About my area mods

well, that didn't work out well... The weapons textures didn't work, and neither did the monsters...

did you just put the weapon textures in the weapon folder with no sub folders and the monsters into their own subfolders?

thats how they should be. if this doesnt help and you cant figure it out i can just send you my riivolution mhtri folder that has all of ryus released area mods and a bunch of weapons, armours, monsters, and quests

The weapons don't have sub-folders because there is a reference page with all of them online.

Did you enable custom textures in the Riivo settings?

Well does that mean I have to put the monster and weapon data in sub folder in the weapons and monster folder, or make them subfolders in the Weapons and Monster folders?

only the monsters need subfolders. the weapons do not

for some reason my D. island texture doesnt work... but the ala's place work and bright with ice everywhere


... nvm i fixed it now it 's creepy as shoop! but anyway i only hav the ala's place and D.island (cant find anything else) so... if you hav other area texture let me know cuz i cant find it and btw which is the uragaan texture?? i wanna take it off... just the uragaan

But what i have to change in the .xml of the Ultimate monster hunter 3?¿

You don't have to change the xml at all. It is already configured for area replacement.

You just need to know what the file name is for the area you want to replace.

Well if it runs off riivo and can be loaded simultaneously with UMH3 then I'll give it a shot sometime soon.

it is umh3...u just change the files a bit
look at the beginning where ryu is explaining how to put them in...idk even a modmoron like me figured it out...have you used any of Ryu's armor mods before? u replace the monster files with the corresponding .burre file, and areas i guess you just put into the area folder...he explains much better
