Arena Custom Quests Empty Arena Custom Quests

Can anyone point me which file I have to edit to change the armors and equipement for the arena quests?
So far I have managed to make custom monster quests, but still not working with big bosses, ala, jhen & cedaus. Im trying to have them acceses thru offline arena so I can play with a friend in split screen. Any pointers?
