Custom Tali help?

Alright, so Ive been working on custom talis (and making them have legit skill combinations) but I have hit a snag in trying to create a B+7 C+10 talisman.

This is the format I am using for my code. I have figured out how to make 1 skill 1 slot talis, 2 skill 1 slot tali, 2 slot 1 skill talis, and 3 slot no skill tali. Where my issue comes into place is making a 2 skill ZERO slots tali. All the information I can find about this says in order to have 2 skills activated I need to give the tali one slot, the problem with this is there are no B+7 C+10 one slot talis, so im at an impass and cannot creat my legit bomboost+7 speedsetup+10 tali. Does anybody here have ANY experience with tali hacks, and how to get 2 skills on a talisman without any slots? NTSC-U codes only, please.

well I don't know much about making custom talismans, but I do know that it's a good idea to make sure that you are making talis with legit skill combinations. that way you won't get banned.

apparently, you can't have two skills without a slot...
I found a post on a forum by the guy who made the talisman code, here it is:

I was afraid of that... Oh well, I guess the only b+7 c+10 tali I was wanting was bomboost and speedsetup. Ill just have to make all the other best talis then.

Thanks to him I now how the formulas to create all of th best legitimate custom tali skill/slot combos in the game! If anybody wants some codes just PM me and ill be happy to help out!
