So, how fun is this game? I figured I'd let a round go to get different opinions on it. (not sure how far through the round you guys are, but still curious.)

We haven't started yet. Just sign up and judge it for yourself.

It is actually fun, though. I had fun all the times I played its predecessor on another forum and this one's more or less the same thing.

The rules are almost entirely there for the GMs sake, so that they know how to run calculations on your actions.

This game's workload is very much weighted towards the GM handling the hard parts.

'I use my super strength to punch you in the face. TO DEATH' would be a reasonable action.

Last person/team standing wins, yada yada kill all the people that aren't you/your team.

Ghostapples laptop charger died on him, his new one is arriving monday - wednesday... so he will probably work on starting it once he is back

Okay, and how do I pick my character or powers or whatever?

you pick whoever character you want and put the powers you want
on it and finally choose a side

make them up, once I dropped pokemon on people's heads =p... another time I was more serious and controlled plants that did things like putting my enemies to sleep, poisoning them... so just... think what superpower you would like to have then if it turns out to be too powerful, the GM will help you nerf it to about same power level as others... but that doesn't happen very often

I want to be able to poof like Nightcrawler. Also, have superhuman strength, but not ridiculous, just enough to make up for the lack of offence.

Does it hide the third fist you have in place of a chin?

Your power is: Short-range teleportation (within the same room as you're in)
Your weapon is: Awesome beard (Heightened strength, speed (strength and speed are as high as an experienced martial artist, but not superhuman levels), and has a chin-fist attack which counts as weapon damage + 3)

I love your weapon.
