USB loader GX

Here it is after much work i finally finished the USB Loader GX Winrar. This File includes..............
Everything needed to activate USB Loader GX

Extra stuff like WiiBackupManager and Trucha Signer to make your own custom ISO

Simple and easy instructions that even a beginner with computers can understand

Everything is inside except instuctions on how to use the Trucha Signer, if you know how to use the Wii scrubber, then it should be very easy to figure out.

One more thing, dont ask me for a Custom ISO if you want a custom MH3 Iso, there is a Trucha Signer to do the work. To get the Iso, there are some good MH3 Iso's in Pirate Bay

Two Questions: Is it important to know what to do with the Trucha Signer if I only want to play the g-rank mode in tri? Or can I just download the ISO and use it? Includes the option g-rank with the iso also the CQs? And can I import old savegames from a bought pal disk into the iso? (4 Questions ) sry i am a really beginner in isos because I want to support Nintendo, but to play grank its ok.

ahh well, i'm sure all the people who play mhp3 on their psp/ps3 wouldn't like to have a new mh game on the 360.

maybe if they just released it on both 360 and PC

Well, the instructions how to activate g rank are in the instrucions document in the USB loader GX all the way in the bottom. But before you can do that you need to get that code in your sd card. simply go in the setup folder and find the codes folder, inside is a code called RMHE08_G.simply copy that and put it in a codes folder in your sd card. just dont forget to change the name by removing the _G off the name.

I try to install the ios but in my homebrew channel is no d2x c105 program shown. And I extracted all apps into the right folder. Anything that I do/understood wrong?

the d2x c105 must be in the apps folder in your sd card make sure its placed nowhere else.

the zip download folder contains only cios installer, cios mload, 128067 Wad Manager v17, savegame manager and the usbloader inside the apps folder and I copied everything into my apps folder on the sd card.

the d2x c105 is one of the folders, it should be working. during the time i wrote the instructions, i restarted a new sd card and used everything i knew, everything i did to put USB loader GX in homebrew i wrote it then on the manuel so i dont make mistakes. In the end the USB loader was working perfectly. I dont know what the problem is but you are doing something wrong. If you have Skype i can see what is in your sd card. But all i can say is check again that you did it right

after a couple of days I got the usb gx loader to work. Your folder was very useful, jphillipps, and the instructions, too. I had some problems with the d2x cIOS installer, that was not included in the folder, I think. AFter that I tried to copy my savegame and everything went right until I noticed the folder end numbers were changed! the eu folder was 50 and the us 45, and I deleted my 2 years monster hunter file... luckily I made a backup of my sd-card including a savegame I made a few days ago. So watch out what folder your savegame is in! At the moment I try to get the codes to work. ehhm what setup folder do you mean?

oh recognized what you mean. are the textures etc included?

ok i checked for the 3rd time if everything is working, the d2x c105 is working i dont know what the problem is, but its working perfectly fine. i did however notice the save data codes where switched around, so fixed it and reset it so the URL in the top whille have the fixed instructions. Thanks Maselino for noticing.

finally imported all the stuff into the iso, I think I did everything right. Imported my offline quests, all the textures etc with scrubber. Loading screen is the UMH3 screen, offline is working fine, but the offline custom quests are not loaded. Moreover if I try to equip or even upgrade weapons, e.g. ala hammer, the game freezes. The same happens when I try to start online. Blackscreen. Now, has anyone a MH3 NTSC-U version, installed with the latest UMH3 version (I think 3.34), that he/she can share, whether hosting or sending me via skype? When not I have to try again and start a new row of importing all files .

sry but doing this is kinda illigal, so find an iso by yourself. If you want a custom ISO, the trucha signer in your winrar package will do the job.

this afternoon another idea came to my mind, I will check it out and, if not working buy a us version.

to mod my wii but they used the d2x-cios v7 in a hackpack, they also gave instructions for the USB loader GX but the back-up manager they used was a WBFS manager and told you to format the USB drive to WBFS, i like the manager you gave better because it can load in Fat32 or NTSF but should i format to WBFS? i hear they take up less space anyway im one of the 5-yr olds you made that easy enough for lol, and im not sure what to format my flash drive to.... and please let me know when u get the custom iso made, id like to have one(how would you update it as frequently as UMH updates?

It's really a matter of preference. My HDD is formatted to WBFS.

i modded my wii with the hackpack, in it the cIOS d2x v6 is version 7 not 6
does this matter?

i dont have an iso to try and play, but the loader and all its parts come up if i have a usb stick in the drive
but i am unable to upload mh3, it freezes at .03GB

is it just mh3 thats the issue or the loader?
iv tried using the ios 222 setting but it froze at the same place

Maybe the USB stick doesn't have enough memory for the ISO.

You need to put the wbsf or the Iso there with wii backup manager.

u cant just upload the game from the disk? i thought the loader turned it into the iso
and yes theres enough memory its a 32GB stick brand new formatted to fat32 with a WBFS
partition created by the wii back-up manager

or should i format the whole thing to WBFS? i have 2 managers
the one only uses wbfs, the other was from the pack 11jphillips had
in his USB loader gx pack and it will save in every format

am i supposed to put the game disk in the laptop and load the game to the back up manager?
i thought a friend told me that he loads his games onto the usb stick from the wii from the usb loader

I can't rip an .iso from my disk either, why? Because my disk and disk drive are fucked up beyond repair lol This may be the reason.

And no, loaders cannot run discs. The point of loaders is to run backups from HDDs. You use a disk in Gecko and Riivo for instance, loaders need ISOs on a USB.
