He's trying to deduce Tre being in the mafia. He isn't in any way implying that he is in the mafia himself.

My reasoning is terrible? He's talking to some one who he believes is talking about Mafia stuff. Tre could be a vigilante or Batman or some other role who's ability takes place at night, but calling it a vote. I see your point though.

We need 360 gone. Even if, by some chance, he is not mafia, he is the one who caused a bandwagon to three townie deaths in a row. People have a strange tendency to follow this guy, yet all he does is lead you to chaos. Imagine what kind of harm he'll cause this time if left unchecked?

In order to deal with the mafia menace the townspeople decided to hold a special meeting. As the meeting started a few people started accusing Asteriskrocks of being a member of the mafia but another group of the townpeople insisted that 360death was a member. The people at the meeting made 360 sit in a chair as they interrogated him. They checked his pockets but all they found were some loose pills and prescriptions. 360 was just the doctor. Finding this out the townpeople ended the meeting and went to their homes for the night.
