Intro:

To the people who visited New Bear City it seemed like a good clean place to live. However a dark shadow loomed over the citizens. In the back alleyways the local mafia snuck around in the shadows. The mafia members had been trying to control the city for a very long time. The Godfather knew his time was at hand and decided to take the next step in his plans. The townpeople got nervous as they noticed that the mafia was a lot more active and decided to take them head on.

I know it's funny and all, but I have a feeling Mysterio is a more likely mafia member. Making Rocks one would just be making a big and easy target. Mysterio, on the other hand, is mysterious and stuff. How many of you would expect Mysterio right off the bat? Exactly.
