E3 Judgement

Well, today and tomorrow will finally decide something, Capcom and Nintendo. If you announce the localization of Tri G, then there will be hope for Monster Hunter in the West, but if you don't announce the localization, then there is another reason to stall the wait with Ultimate Monster Hunter Tri.

I really don't want to pirate the game, but if that's my only choice, I'm going to have to. Listen Ultimate monster hunter tri team. If the localization isn't announced, this means it's in your hands to satisfy and fulfill hundreds of hunters dreams. It's up to you guys to do what capcom won't... E3, don't let me down.

You don't have to pirate the game. You could technically buy it, then back it up to your Hard Drive and that's perfectly legal.

Isn't there an IP blocker on 3G that prevents the game from being played (ateast online)

Monster Hunter Tri G (3DS) has no Online.

There is a region block meaning that you can't play an imported version without a Japanese 3DS.

I dear you Capcom, bring us Monster Hunter 3 G with an online mode added. It shouldn't be a problem to have the online mode included. "No online" was almost reasonable back in Japan where you don't need to travel miles in order to find another hunter. When brought to the west there simply must be a mode for online hunting. And with the newest 3DS software it could be brought to the NTSC-J versions with a patch as well.

After all, 3DS is the thing that needs quickly more interesting titles, not Wii U. 3DS is going to slowly die if the only thing it's going to get this summer is the new 2D Mario.

I thought portable 3 was the one with out online, I'm pretty sure 3G does but i could be wrong.

They are both without online play, sadly -- with the exception of P3rd's adhoc thing.

Yeah, but that thing is only used for quest download, the wiki says there is online, I guess it must be wrong. I'll see if I can get the link.

I think I was wording wording what I was saying wrong. What I meant by online was just multiplayer, my fault completely, I generally consider it one thing since that what online usually refers too, but I see now what you guys mean.

I am curious what they mean by multiplayer using SpotPass, since SpotPass requires WiFi.

I'm gonna be the spoilsport, and say that it's not going to happen.

Monster Hunter Freedom and Freedom 2 are still very worthwhile games without online/ad hoc, and this will be too.

Now that MH3G didn't appear on the Wii U press' 3DS third party game announcements, I can only hope they wanted to save that 'to the actual 3DS press as a mindblowing surprise. I just have to watch that event live! I don't care it'll be on at 4 am.

Lol. Well, I'm not very satisfied with E3 this year overall. But at least Reggie's body is still ready.

I think if we kidnap one of the ppl in capcom and force him to do the dirty work in the West maybe finally we be the first ppl to get a new monster hunter game and not japan hehehe
