So if I download the new PAL version, will my Dual Keyblades change to Lost Keyblades? If not, what will happen?

I have the PAL version of the Monster Hunter Tri on v3.35, if that is what you mean.

Yes, that's what I meant.

In that case, you will have the Lost Keyblades instead. However, I'm not sure if they replace the same weapon.

You could always swap the models manually, it just won't affect the weapon stats.

What with custom weapons stats, when I try to play with custom weapons, it have original name and stats only textures changes :/

At the Riivolution screen, change the mode to G Rank.

Make sure your Wii system language is English.
