Riivolution + Geko codes

I don't know how to mix both (riivolution + geko codes), I tried to put ocariina along with riivolution
but i don't know how it works exactly. The program (Ocariina inside riivolution) ask you for a
"ocarina handler" and there are thousand of them... I don't know if I just fit the programs wrong or
i just don't know wich "ocarina handler" should use etc...

PS: I don't know if it's a problem, but i'm European player

mmm... still doesn't work to me, I even download again riivolution and made everything one more time etc... maybe i dont have the codes in the right place? (In a folder in the root of my sd with the name "codes")

to be honest I didn't know where to place the code file either so I copied in a few places like codes folder in riivolution or in codes folder in root of sd but I did find out you do need the ovations add on files download from the video and place them in riivloution folder
Eventually it worked for me, by the way if it works you should have a second page in riivlution when you run it on your wii and u don't need to install ass a channel like it says in the video mine said fail -2 also

Yup i know, i'm trying with some random codes i found arround compatible with european version

I'm having a similar problem, I have the second page in riivolution but after I've loaded the game and tested to see if the codes were active, they weren't
So I was just wondering how you activate the codes you want to use.

P.S. Playing US version.

That's cause there must be another riivolution conflicting with the xml of the one you have now, so either wipe your SD card to get rid of it or do a search and delete any extra xmls.

Or just disable everything in the second page.

He might not be getting G Rank to even appear.

Well the way I read it, it sounds like they are trying to apply their own codes along with G Rank. You can't load 2 separate gcts at the same time.

Ok so neither method worked, so now my question is where the files named code manager and codes should be placed, either in the riivolution folder or the riivolution in the apps, or root folder, of my sd ? Or maybe I can't have G Rank on and my codes since they are both .gct ?

Then delete whatever is in your config folder for Riivolution.

The only Riivolution in your apps should be "Rii" and other than that there should be one and only called "Riivolution" in your root.

You can very easily have the Grank codes and your own codes. All you need is a program called [Censored].

Why?

Well, people can abuse that knowledge and ruin the fun for a small group of hunters.

We're not a big group, but we don't need people cheating on top of modding within a group that doesn't want to be associated with just plain hacking in general.
