Hammerspin/lance cancel

Alright, I finally solved my issues with downloading the latest patch and tested everything out.

Well, turns out the hammerspin/lance cant be canceled out again.

I downloaded the updated UMH file from http://umh3.wikispaces.com/CQ+Instructions

It seems that quropecos speed has been reduced as well.

I hope this was the correct link to download from, as the announcement said "you can download from the original link" and it has v3.34 on the loading screen. I also have the gold rathian, so Im pretty sure I downloaded the correct file.
