is it possible to take a monster like barrioth and change the model to one of the monster hunter tri g monsters like tigrex with barri attacks?

I'm gonna ignore the fact that you referred to Tigrex as a MH3G monster lol

It' s feasibly possible, but that's about it. If someone could find a Tigrex model, maybe. The only models I've seen online are from Tri so I don't see it happening.

Not that anyone would want to regardless, Tigrex is way cooler than Bari xD
