Custom Quest Maker

Does anyone know of a custom quest maker that I can use? I am really interested in making some custom quests myself.

Now how do I change a monster's hp? (I am making an offline-appropriate Alatreon), and how do I add/delete quests from the bin file?
EDIT: Now whenever I open the quest01_eng.bin in the Riivolution folder, it says "File access denied" (same for when I copy it, rename it to quest00_eng, then opening it). How do I fix this?

The CQE can't edit Monster's HP.

Quest01 from the UMH3 is file protected.

You sure? I used to make CQs for offline and if I lowered say, Jho's level enough, his health would decrease to 8000 and his defense would lower as well. Maybe that's 'cause it was offline.

it sounds like she is talking offline as well, so technically your theory should apply to her offline alatreon.

Yeah, I idt exact numbers are possible, except Deus. The 1st time you hunt Deus his hp is 15,000, then every time after that he gets a boost to 20,000. I took out all the extra data that popped up in the new quest and his hp dropped back down lol.

How much would level modification change hp? (Give it as a ratio level:hp).
