Porting new weapon models into tri.
Just a little problem I would like some help with, preferably from Myst as I'm aware he has experience in this. I've been trying to port Edge of Ultima from KH. I've only ported a few weapons at this point so I doubt I"m gonna figure this out on my own.
So I DL the file, open the .obj in BRRESeditor and make a new brres file for the weapon. I open the brres file in SZSmod and BRRESview to make sure its working, it shows up perfectly in both. So I patch it over swo001 (reaver calamity) and run the game but when I equip the weapon there's no model or texture. It doesn't freeze when I equip or anything, it's just like Gigyas hammer which is not what I was going for lol.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Do I have to mod the .obj or .mtl files perhaps?
EDIT: I'm also using a custom texture.
EDIT again lol: I can still hit monsters with it so whatever the problem is it has to do with the texture.

The model is probably too small to see. You will have to scale it up with modelling software.

EDIT: Okay that must be it, comparing the size of ultima to calamity, it's like ultima doesn't even exist lol Ty dude that should fix it.

Not really. Try enlarging it another 300-400%.
