Hey there forum goers, had a weapon in your head for a long time? Well, now's your chance to get it out! (that must hurt...) Simply post up to 2 weapons that follow the below rules and guidelines, and one weapon from one person will be included in the next weapons update.

:Le Rules and Guidelines:

1. All posts must be made in the following format:

Weapon name: [the name of the weapon]
Class: [great sword, hammer, SnS, etc]
Attack: [the attack power of the weapon]
Element: [what element or status it is] [elemental or status value of the weapon]
Awaken: [yes or no]
Sharpness: [green, blue, white, etc]
Affinity: [10%, 20%, etc] <-- optional
Defense+: [+5, +10, etc] <-- optional
Slots: [0, 1, 2, 3]
Description:
Base weapon: [what weapon you want it to replace]

2. Restrictions:

If I reject your weapon's eligibility for any reason, I'll edit your post and underline what's wrong with it, and provide an explanation at the bottom of your post.

We will not be doing or using unique textures or models for any applicants, sorry.
  • Do not use Purple sharpness or red sharpness.

  • Do not use Affinity or negative affinity between 55% and 95%.

  • Do not put your weapon over a base weapon already in use.

  • Do not use two elements. You may use one element and one status provided that you use awaken for one of them.

  • Do not make the value of your element greater than 800 unless awakened. If awakened do not exceed 1060.

  • If using both one element and one status attribute, their combined value may not exceed 800.

  • Do not make a weapon that has significantly higher attack than an existing weapon with the same sharpness and class. Make sure to take affinity into consideration for this rule.

  • The character limit for the name of the weapon is 19.

  • The character limit for the decription is 70.

  • Do not post more than 2 weapons.

  • You may, however, get rid of one of your submitions and then replace it with a new one. Do not do this more than once.

  • The attack power of your weapon has to be evenly divisible by the class multipliers. The class multipliers are:


SnS: 1.4
Lance: 2.3
Long Sword: 3.3
Great Sword: 4.8
Hammer: 5.2
Switch Axe: 5.4

3. Guidelines:

Try to make your weapon as balanced as you possibly can, since the most balanced weapon will be the one that is chosen. If at any moment you think your weapon is unbalanced, tell yourself this:

  • It is impossible to make a balanced weapon that has high sharpness, high element, and high attack. I should only choose two.

  • If my weapon can inflict status easily then it shouldn't be doing a lot of damage. Paralysis weapons should do the least amount of damage, sleep weapons should do the second most, and poison should do the most.

  • I should look at the current G Rank weapons and compare them to mine, but still take into account the restrictions provided.



The contest ends on June 29th.

Base weapon: what ever isnt used.

Side Note: this is a weaker version then the one i plan on making if Region/Interdimensions can be made.

Description: This magic weapon is made out of stonebricks of the legendary Tower of Asgard.
Base weapon: High Chief's Grt Sword

Side Note: I want this great sword to be used more often than its normal weapon and to be the best sleep great sword with special abilities like very high raw damage and defense +15. The low sharpness is to balance the weapon. Please correct any spelling mistakes, english is my worst subject.

Edit1: pushed sleepdamage, because I compared the dmg with the other sleep weapons
Edit2: lowered Attack about 10 points from 255 to 245 ( x4.8 ) , I hope it's a bit better now and I am sry I didn't know about that replacement (Pal version again...)

We already have a sleep Great Sword that is using that very weapon as a base... however, I am going to consider making an exception and replace the current sleep weapon with this one, because this one is just plain better designed and better thought out. However, please lower the attack a very small amount, and don't think you've won already. I will be comparing the weapons more closely in a few days and there are currently 3 other weapons that have a high chance of winning as well. Overall, a good job. -Ave

Side note: The weapon should be skinny skinny cork, not to long and a thick back area with a thin part to crip on. The sheild is a cork.

as Ave said, the user submitted weapons won't be getting any unique textures.

also, your raw attack is not evenly divisible by the lance multiplier

Oh, I had that card. (: Anyway... you should make awaken more worthwhile, but you have to do it without making the weapon any stronger than it already is. In fact... I would suggest lowering the affiity just a bit more, and switching your 450 poison with the 150 fire[making the fire natural and the poison awakened.] Furthermore... Rever Calamity is in use. But, giving that virtually -every- Long Sword is taken at this point, I'll figure something out. Lastly, please make your attack power evenly divisible by the class multiplier.

Love Phage, 1 of my all time favourites^^ I took your suggestions and made a few other mods, trying to make it as balanced as possible while still being badass. Think it's a little better now. And sorry for misunderstanding which base weapons to use, figured since Calamity just got a power up instead of a full on change it was an option lol.

EDIT: Fixed the Awakening stat from 1080 to 1060.

Oh, I didn't see this until now. I thought it would be ok since it wasn't clearly mentioned in the guide lines.

That being a case, Imminent Pharmacist does not have Awaken element.

Is there Rampart G among the G rank weapons? 'Cause I really like that lance. It's clean and unique and kind of represents the whole series.
